To claim this prize, the draw winner agrees to the following:

  • I grant permission for Turtleford Credit Union to use my name and/or photograph without additional compensation. This may include publication on the Turtleford Credit Union website, digital banking platform, social media accounts, print materials, advertisements, annual report, in-branch displays, or posters.

  • I release Turtleford Credit Union, its representatives, and agents from any liability related to the use of my image or personal information, including any claim of violation of personal or proprietary rights. I certify that I am of legal age and have the authority to provide this consent and release.

  • I understand this consent is in addition to any other permission I have previously provided Turtleford Credit Union regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of my personal information. I may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Turtleford Credit Union. If I withdraw consent, I acknowledge that any materials already published will not be retracted from circulation.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Turtleford Credit Union’s privacy policy and records retention practices, as well as applicable privacy legislation.

  • Prize entries open on August 17, 2025 at 9:00 AM CST and close on September 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST.

  • To be eligible, entrants must be members in good standing with Turtleford Credit Union (i.e., not in default of any membership, account, lending, or cardholder agreements, and with no suspended privileges).

  • Employees of Turtleford Credit Union, Board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the public draw.

  • A total of three (3) $250.00 cash prizes will be awarded by random draw on Monday, September 15, 2025.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of completed surveys and prize entries received.

  • To claim the prize, the winner must correctly answer this skill-testing question: (3 × 100) – 50.

  • If the selected winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts within a 10-day period, their entry will be forfeited and another name will be drawn.
 
The survey was administered by blue dragonfly Marketing Strategies Ltd., an independent Canadian partner.

All survey responses remain anonymous and are not linked to member names or prize-entry details.
